Arts Unlimited is an immersive arts venue and studio space available to local artists in the Mooresville and surrounding areas. The space can be rented for small group and private lessons in all areas of the performing arts including acting, dance, voice and instrumental music and comes outfitted with portable mirrors, bars, piano and keyboard.
The space is large enough for theatre groups or individuals to rent for rehearsals or as a filming locale. Similar to a small Blackbox Theatre, the space lends itself to small performances, lectures or recitals.
For the season 2021-2022, we are the home for the Mooresville Community Children’s Theatre providing the rehearsal space for productions. In addition, we will be offering a variety of summer experiences for all ages with plans to expand these offerings into the fall.
Using the facility will be independent contractors who will be vetted through Gina Duckworth and The Mooresville Community Children’s Theater Board of directors. Every rental agreement will be approved through the same process and will adhere to our calendar of events. The contracts and agreements will be project based. The use of the space for filming opportunities will require a SAG (Screen Actors Guild) contract, which will be provided by Arts Unlimited Studios prior to payment.
We are Arts Unlimited. Nice to Meet You!
